Junior Strategist

Full-time/London

We’re a firm on a mission to build better products, brands and perceptions for Africa…

Africa is mostly made up of the young, who have grown up in its period of increasing positivity, and so – regardless of their socioeconomic condition – anticipate change and are ambitiously striving to effect it. Therefore, with its large and youthful population, infectious culture and excess of opportunities, within ten years we believe African companies can sit among the largest in the world, with globally recognisable brands.

We are a team of entrepreneurs, engineers, designers, strategists and storytellers, who have chosen to take action to bring Africa’s future forward. By working with similarly inspired Africa-focused founders, we believe we can create companies that can provide African and international audiences with new and more aspiring associations with the region. Therefore, we’re on a mission to build better products, better brands, and better perceptions for Africa, and once this mission and message becomes irrelevant so will we.

The Position: Junior Strategist

As a junior Strategist at De Charles, you will work to build a thorough understanding of our clients’ businesses, to shape the team’s market view and delivered advice. As part of a growing and multidisciplinary team you will be expected to function broadly and be a part of furthering clients’ growth in both narratives and product development engagements.
