JH Flemmings is a wealth management firm whose clients are an exclusive network of professionals, artisans and entrepreneurs, all of whom agree to a redefining of wealth, as the measure of a person’s capacity to impact the lives of others in their immediate vicinity and further afield.

Holding strong philosophies not typically associated with financial services, the founders sought to create a profoundly different firm and started with its core message.

After years in financial advisory, JH Flemmings’s founders sought to build a profoundly different practice. One that could embody their strong philosophies around impact, while also being a credible financial partner to a group of current and future leaders. Additionally, they sought the freedom to remain genuinely interested and emotionally invested in clients’ lives and initiatives, and therefore believed that they had to integrate technology from inception to automate their processes.
De Charles worked with the JH Flemmings team to create a company message that redefined the meaning of wealth as ‘the measure of a person’s ability to impact the lives of others’. During a year-long agile engagement, De Charles also worked closely with the team and their clients to iterate internal and client-facing digital products. This digital-first approach unlocked the firm’s resources and enabled them to better interact with clients, which led to further learnings and – from that – product innovation.
